Warrior’s Journal Day 18
I talked to the Bounty Hunters again today. I was hoping they could point me to some, under the table work, but all they could do was point me towards The Collar. They said to check the city of three bridge and the mine. I’ll have to figure out how to convince Lenora and Pierre to travel down there with me at some point. I gave them some tips about the bounty on my old gang. Hopefully they can give those guys payback for what they did to me.
While I was chatting with the bounty hunters, Lenora went on a date with Chad Thundercock. I think she brought Pierre along to eavesdrop. Or maybe Pierre just wanted know what was gonna happen? Anyway Brad is staying at the Kelda guest house. Apparently the date went well. Lenora found out that he has sworn an oath to Enebrus, something about honor and family. I knew this paladin stuff is just cringe and cope because apparently Bolt isn’t allowed to lie.
After all of this, Vera let us know that Venrick invited us to a banquit. I’m not a big fan of stuffy rich people parties but the games sounded interesting. Lenora lost an archery contest to one of Venrick’s daughters, but naturally I won the throwing contest. The dinner was good, but these rich people have way to many plates and silverware.
Venrick got real mad that I didn’t bow to him or whatever, but I will never bow to anyone. If he wants me to lower my head to him, he can cut it off of my kneck himself.
